Q. What should I do if my appliance is not working?

Q. How long is the warranty on my product?
A. Warranty will vary dependent on manufacturer and may have to be registered after installation. For full details please go to Service Contact tab. Alternatively, you will find these details on the manufacturer's website.
Q. How do I make changes to my order?
A. Simply email us sales@leakerdirect.co.uk, we will reconfirm by email any changes made.
Q. What is the cut off for next day delivery?
A. The cut off for next day delivery is 12pm to ensure transit. Orders received later may not be able to be despatched the same day. Please note charges may apply for next day service.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. Your goods will be delivered on your requested day between 8am and 6pm. You can track your deliveries by using your confirmation number to follow via www.ups.com or www.courierconnections.com. For goods delivered by Leaker Direct Ltd, please email sales@leakerdirect.co.uk for an instant update.
Please also note there must be access for a 7.5 tonne vehicle as well as persons able to receive and sign for the goods, as we offer site delivery only.
Q. How long will my goods take to arrive?
A. If you have specified a delivery date we will aim to deliver on that day or will advise by email if we are unable to for any reason.
